Top 10 YouTube Videos from 2021

Today I’m listing and linking the Top 10 videos from The Wrinkled Runner YouTube channel.

I can’t believe how the channel has become its own thing. I only started it because I made a video a few months after starting the blog. Io upload it to the website turned out to be frustrating. After researching how to make it easier, I found out that making videos for YouTube and linking to them was the answer.

I have had so much fun making videos, though, so even though a lot of the posts on the blog become videos, I also do some things independently as well. So check out the channel on YouTube if you haven’t yet!

1- Using Garmin Coach and my Review-

Just like here on the website, using Garmin Coach is a popular topic over on YouTube. I show you how to set it up, use it and then I review my experience with it.

2- Garmin Connect for Strength Training

The Garmin can also be used for strength training, and this tutorial focuses on building or adding routines to the watch

3- Veggie Lovers Pasta Salad-

From the book “Run Fast. Cook Fast. Eat Slow.” by Shalane Flanagan and Elyse Kopecky

4- Using the Garmin Pace Pro Strategy-

You can create routes and develop your own strategy for keeping you on pace with this feature.

5- “Run Fast. Cook Fast. Eat Slow” review –

Spoiler Alert- I really like this book! I make meals from it that make even non-runners happy.

6- Energy Bars for Runners-

This bar is so tasty, and I have to have it on hand for my husband at all times. In fact, doing this post has reminded me that we are out and I need to make more! Luckily I always keep the ingredients on hand.

7- Running Terms to Know-

If you have ever been confused by language that we use when we talk about running, here are some words to know.

8- The Conqueror Challenges-

These virtual challenges will get you medal, and they aren’t races! So even if you never jumped on the virtual race bandwagon, or you don’t race at all, check out this fun way to keep you motivated.

9- Resources for the Older Runner-

Sometimes finding resources just for those of us who are older can be a challenge.

10- Rest and Recovery for the Runner-

Rest and recovery is important for all runners. I just heard a coach today who said he tells his athletes that rest is part of training, not taking off from it and that is so true!
