Start Here!!

Hey there!

I’m Sherry and I’m the Wrinkled Runner. I’m an over 50-year-old who loves to share what I’ve learned on the run.

If this is your first time here let me give you some guidance.

First of all, if you are just beginning to run, I suggest you read how I started running and then the follow-up to that piece on 6 things I suggest for those who are new to the sport.

Those of you who want to start to run and live in the Buffalo area, I accept several clients at a time. You can head over to my coaching page for a bit of information and then email me for a more in-depth look at what I can offer you!

I send out a newsletter on the first Saturday morning of the month with links to the blog posts from the previous month and any YouTube videos. You can sign up for that using this form. Just be sure to comment that you want to be added to the email list.
