The Wrinkled Runner is Now a Podcast!

Let me introduce you to the newest Wrinkled Runner outlet…the Wrinkled Runner Podcast!

I’ve been planning this for a year and half (even had 2 episodes recorded since summer of 2019), but had to re-do them since they were “old”. Finally I’ve had the time to put some effort into learning the whole podcasting thing…and of course, I’ll be learning for quite a bit to come.

The podcast has been live since January 4, so there are already 4 episodes for you to listen to. You can find it on Apple Podcasts, Stitcher, Spotify, and the other major podcasting platforms. You can can also find it here on the website, check out the podcast tab at the top of the page.

My focus will be on the older or beginning runner. I’d love to get some new runners out on the road or treadmill starting to run. While it’s great to begin any time, the new year usually sees an uptick in people wanting to get healthier and take up a new exercise focus.

One of the things I’d like to do is interview some “regular” runners, like you and me. Listening to elites and experts is great, and a lot of running podcasts have them…but I want to focus more on encouraging people like you and me WITH people like you and me.

If you have an interesting story of how you got into running or some kind of perspective on it that you would like to share, please think about the possibility of being interviewed for the podcast.
