Nutrition Coaching for Runners

I can help you figure out what kinds of foods you should be eating both before, during and after a run.
Fueling for something like a marathon takes some experimentation to find what works for you. Practicing this during training is important.
If you are looking for specific meal plans, if you have health issues surrounding food (like Diabetes) or if you struggle with disordered eating, you need to speak to a Registered Dietician. Only an RD is fully qualified to give you a full-on eating program.
Running Nutrition Basics Package:
$90
(Individuals who are Running Coaching clients are automatically enrolled in nutrition services)
Initial consult (1 hour):
After recording everything you eat and drink for a week, I will look over the journal. You will also fill out a detailed questionnaire.
When we meet over Zoom, we will talk about your running goals and I will give you a break down of the macros your specific running habits should be fueled by. We will also talk about how many calories you should be consuming for better performance. Most runners are not eating as much as they should!
I will also give you some advice on what you can eat before, during and after your runs.
Follow-up session (45 minutes):
About 3 weeks after our initial consult, we will schedule another virtual session for check-in and re-evaluation.
Basic package includes e-mail check-in between sessions.
Additional follow-up sessions available as desired for $15 per half-hour for current clients (a current client is someone who has had a session in the past 6 months).
